Unique Locations For Your Intimate Wedding in Orlando, Florida
With about 115,000 weddings happening in Florida in 2020 alone, there are so many amazing wedding venues or locations that you can choose to have your small wedding or elopement. The amounts of tours are endless, so let me break it down for ya.
Indoor & Outdoor locations
So I narrowed down my top recommendations for intimate wedding locations based on photography potential, which means where you can get the most jaw dropping wedding portraits, best lighting, and best space indoor or outdoor.
Here’s my list:
The Balcony Orlando: This location in Downtown Orlando, as you guessed, has a balcony & rooftop view. I picked this location because you really can make it your own and design it to be incredibly unique. It is described as having a “elegant and urban” aesthetic. With AMAZING natural light indoors and outdoors, it is a photographers dream. And Im sure there would be a nice breeze incase your pits are sweating.
The Cypress Grove Estate House: I really love this venue because you can have the mix of having a “backyard wedding” vibe as well as getting those “botanical” garden wedding portraits. The house is clean & white which means plenty of great natural lighting scenarios and natural skin tones. It photographs beautifully indoors and outdoors.
Casa Feliz: This location in Winter Park is described as a “Spanish Farmhouse”. It has a mixture of brick, street lights, and a small pop of color. This venue is smaller than The Cypress Grove Estate but is perfect for the “Intimate Wedding” with your closest friends and family. The lighting is much better outdoors, with plenty of shade from the building and nearby trees, the building has a stunning archway and additional second story balconies.
Art & History Museum: Maitland: With unique Mayan inspired architecture & sculptures, this location has a lot of culture which I think is super awesome. There is a ton of small details in the design aspects of this location which add nice textures to your wedding portraits. With tans & greens, you easily can go elegant or tropical.
